Where we deliver
We currently deliver to Finland. Want something sent elsewhere? Ask us and we'll see what we can do.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all orders. The delivery cost, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: we pack and send orders within 1–2 working days. Orders paid by bank transfer are sent once the payment has reached us.
- Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery company: Posti or Matkahuolto.
When your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link if the delivery company provides one.
Bat Lab services
If you add oiling and knocking-in to a new bat, allow a few extra days before dispatch. We will tell you the expected date when you book.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the goods before you unpack further, and email us at Athic.enterprise@gmail.com. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will trace it with the delivery company. We are responsible for the goods until they reach you.
