Changed your mind? You can cancel your purchase and return the goods within 14 days — no reason needed. If a product is faulty, see Faulty products below instead.
How to cancel
- Tell us within 14 days of the day you (or someone you named) received the goods. If your order came in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one. Email Athic.enterprise@gmail.com with your name, order number and the products you are returning. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to: Kilonrinne 10 B 48, 02610 Espoo, Finland.
- Return postage: You pay the cost of sending the goods back, unless they are faulty or not what you ordered — then we pay. Please pack the goods carefully and keep the proof of postage.
Your refund
We refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard one, we don't refund the difference.
We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, free of charge.
Condition of returned goods
You may handle the goods as you would in a shop — try a glove on, check a bat's pick-up, feel a shirt's fabric. If the goods have been used beyond that (for example a bat that has been oiled, knocked in or played with, or clothes that have been worn or washed), we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
When the right to cancel does not apply
- Sealed protective and hygiene items, such as abdominal guards and inner shorts, once you have unsealed them after delivery.
- Bat Lab services (oiling, knocking-in, grip changes) that we have fully completed at your request before the 14 days ended.
Faulty products
If something arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, tell us as soon as possible at Athic.enterprise@gmail.com, ideally with photos. We will repair or replace it or refund you, and we cover the return postage. This is separate from the 14-day right to cancel, and the legal time limit for faults is much longer. See section 7 of our Terms of sale.
Exchanges
Need a different size or model? Return the original under the 14-day right to cancel and place a new order. That way you're not left waiting and the new item ships straight away.
